Phil Teece and Lisa Teece Owners and founders A+ Window Cleaning Services
Phil and Lisa started A+ Window Cleaning in 2014. We decided to open the business after walking our dogs through the local neighborhood and seeing a need for Window Cleaning in both Commercial and Residential applications. After the first year customers started to ask us about additional services like gutter cleaning, pressure washing, cleaning limestone to remove black mold and repairing screens. We slowly started to add these additional services and over the years have steadily upgraded our equipment to what we have today. Today we offer the very latest in window cleaning technology, with water fed pole systems to reach high areas from the safety of the ground, along with traditional window cleaning using a mop and squeegee. We have a brand new 2022, 5GPM hot water pressure washer with surface cleaner attachment and use the latest eco friendly chemicals to get any surface clean and restored. We also have a 7GPM soft wash system which allows us to clean black mold from limestone for any size area and a state of the art gutter cleaning systems reaching up to three stories. Our business has really evolved over the years’, and we clean everything from your typical home all the way through to large grocery chains, car dealerships, churches, parking structures and office complexes. We set out to deliver more than just a window cleaning, we wanted to give people a great experience and be a one stop shop for all their residential and commercial needs for windows, pressure / soft washing and gutters. Our business has continued to grow and 8 ½ years in business with over 450 five-star reviews on Google, 3 trucks and 7 full time people, we will be looking to grow again in 2023.

We strive to deliver an outstanding service and keep you coming back for years to come. Our first 8 1/2 years have been exciting and as we continue to grow, we want to maintain that family feel but extend our reach to our local communities for the services we offer. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, our technicians do a walk through with the customer once the job is complete lifting a few windows to show the tracks have been cleaned, make sure the customer is happy with the glass, do a full inspection and let the customer know if they have any broken screens, blown seals etc. Once this has been completed a call is made back to our office where Lisa or Dylan can check in with the customer to ensure they are happy with everything before the crew leaves.

Linda has been with us since year two. Linda is who all our customers receive a call from when it is time to get their weekly, monthly, qtly, bi annual and annual cleaning set up and ready to go. Linda calls everyone and finds dates that work with their schedule and books the guys in to come get the work done. With a residential customer base of over 3,000 she has a mountain of work and continues to build relationships with our customer base.

Tyler Fyffe; Window Technician
Tyler has been a part of the A+ family for over a year and a half. Tyler works on our big blue vehicle and also focuses mainly on our residential and commercial window cleaning. Tyler came to the industry with no knowledge and has worked hard to build and maintain a hight standard for all our customers.

Michael joined the A+ family team at the beginning of 2022 and has learned the ropes of window cleaning, gutters, pressure washing and soft washing. Michael heads up little blue another one of our vehicles and will be looking to help grow our commercial side of the business through 2023.

Abel joined us at the end of the spring in 2022. Abel has been a valuable team player since joining and has been eager to learn the industry. Abel will be moving to his own truck in 2023 and heading up our pressure, soft washing and gutter cleaning services to both residential and commercial customers.
